About Martin's Portfolio
As of the 2010 State election, Martin became the Minister for Education. You can access the departments web site at http://www.education.vic.gov.au/.
The Education portfolio covers all activities such as; buildings, maintenance, curriculum, programs, staffing, budgets, registration, governance etc. The portfolio also includes State Government involvement in, and funding of Catholic and Independent Schools.
